About

Paul Gillyon DSA ADI
Hello and welcome to my web site.
I was born in 1953 in Hull, educated at Malet Lambert Grammar School leaving in 1971 to join Barclays Bank, with whom I enjoyed 16 very challenging years. After this I went into hotel, golf course and restaurant management. The sad loss of my elder brother moved me into looking for a new challenge; to become an Approved Driving Instructor.
Passing all the qualifying examinations at the first attempt I have never looked back and get tremendous satisfaction from every day at work. I wish I had done it years ago - something that many of my trainees also say, when they become driving instructors.

Training thoughts
The DSA motto is: SAFE DRIVING FOR LIFE
I believe in this thought.
Everything in my training leads to ensuring that all achieve their goal and success at whatever level or test we are heading for.
I am very thorough and will work with you to enable you to both understand the course you choose and give you the skills needed to complete your course and the tests along the way.
